Cartoon Network At CES 2019 Kids, Creativity & Tech: Adding Humor And Heart Session 10th January
Starting today (8th January) in Las Vegas is CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2019, one of the world’s most largest and important technology industry trade shows, this year the convention is held between 8th and 11th January. Cartoon Network will be at the convention this year with their very own session – Kids, Creativity & Tech: Adding Humor and Heart.
Lately, Cartoon Network has been focusing on their STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) initiative especially in the areas of programming and electronics, forging partnerships with the Scratch Foundation, Microsoft, Adafruit and many more, CN’s STEAM initiative has even spread as far as the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The Cartoon Network panel at CES will be about combining creativity and technology and how to use CN’s unique humour and heartwarming animation storytelling with the expertise of their tech industry partners. In the session, Ryan Harwell – Director of Digital Development at Cartoon Network USA and Jill King – Senior Vice President, Marketing and Partnerships at Cartoon Network USA will be talking about their latest efforts to inspire the next generation of creators and innovators, also joining in, is the Program Manager for Microsoft MakeCode – Jacqueline Russell. The session will be moderated by Mashable Entertainment Reporter – Jess Joho.
The session will be held at CES 2019’s Kids@Play and FamilyTech Summit on Thursday 10th January (was 8th January) between 11.30am and 11.50am.
