Programming Events And Marathons

Summer of Champions: School Summer Holidays schedule starts from Monday 25th July, airs daily from 7am.

This August on Boomerang tune in to watch new episodes back to back every day of family favourites, including Looney Tunes, Scooby Doo, Tom & Jerry, Wabbit, Mr Bean, Oddbods plus new movie Looney Tunes: Back in Action. We’ve a packed schedule to keep the whole family entertained throughout the Summer whatever the weather!

New Episodes:

Wabbit, weekdays at 11am

Whether he is taking on today’s modern inconveniences or coming to the rescue of a Bigfoot in distress, Bugs is once again front and center and up to his old shenanigans with his usual wit, charm, and hilarity.

Mr Bean, weekdays at 11.30am

Starring in brand new episodes, Mr Bean creates his own electricity, wins a cruise, inadvertently becomes a teacher, makes his own horror movie, is hypnotised, wins a wrestling match and finds himself in many other hilarious escapades.

Tom and Jerry week-long marathon starts Monday 29th August, airs daily from 8am.

Starting on Monday 29th August join the most famous cat and mouse, Tom & Jerry for a whole week of mishap and adventure! Tom is a cat who is forever on the tail of his cheeky little housemate, Jerry the mouse. No tricks, traps or cast-iron frying pans will stop him in his chase for a tasty lunch! Tune in for an un-missable week as we showcase the very best episodes and movies back-to back on Boomerang.

Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck are up to their feuding ways again in Looney Tunes: Back In Action.

From the Warner Bros. back lot to Las Vegas, Paris and the jungles of wildest Africa, Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, their looniest friends–and Warner Bros. security guard/aspiring stuntman DJ Drake (Brendan Fraser)–embark on a madcap quest for the Blue Monkey Diamond, which is also sought by an evil corporate overlord and by the dashing star of a spy-film franchise. The Summer Holiday schedule for Cartoonito kicks off on Monday 25th July with new episodes, marathons and hour-long blocks. Tune in this August for back to back adventures, marathons and competitions from Cartoonito’s most popular shows, including brand new episodes of Julius Jr and Molang, plus all new Bob the Builder.

New Episodes

Bob The Builder

From Monday 1st August, daily from 8am.

Grab your tool belt and hardhat! Join Bob the Builder and his team as they construct projects using a foundation of determination and teamwork. With his business partner Wendy, apprentice builder Leo, and a team of machines, Bob is ready to fix the town of Fixham along with Spring City. This team digs into any project, hammering out solutions to problems, all while building confidence along the way. No project is too big or too small – from fixing a leaky roof to repairing a skyscraper. After all, the fun is in getting it done.

Julius Jr.

New episodes continues in August, weekdays from 4.15pm.

The show follows Julius Jr. and his playful friends who use equal doses of imagination and inventive spirit to help each other overcome challenges big and small – teaching kids that the best inventions are the ones that help your friends!

Molang

Molang is an affectionate and humorous perspective on the relationship between an eccentric, joyful and enthusiastic rabbit, and a shy, discreet and emotional little chick.
Despite their many differences, these two enjoy a unique friendship. They have great times together ranging from the mundane to the extraordinary. Whether they’re flying to the moon or merely watering the vegetable patch, Molang and Piu Piu experience unexpected, even unsettling situations. Tricky incidents and misunderstandings are soon transformed into opportunities for fun moments and humor, which Molang’s friends are happy to come and share in.

Brand New Show

Bunnicula
From Monday 2nd May.

Bunnicula is a paranormal creature who, instead of drinking blood, drains the juice out of various vegetables for sustenance and supernatural abilities. Bunnicula had been locked away in a hole in the floor of the basement for way too long before 11-year-old Mina let him out and adopted him as her third pet. Bunnicula LOVES Mina. He is thrilled to have someone who loves him, and will do anything to help his new family. Stories follow Chester (the cat), Harold (the dog) and Bunnicula (the vegetarian vampire) in and around their new home in New Orleans as they try to contain supernatural animal activity. On any given day they may cross paths with everything from a ghost gator busting his way through the building’s pipes to a vampire tick that latches on to Harold and takes over his body and mind. Bunnicula is almost always both the cause of and solution to all of their adventures.

Featuring in this month’s movie mix is the brand new Scooby movie, Scooby-Doo! and the Beach Beastie. Tom and Jerry tell us they too will be joining in the May half term marathon madness on Boomerang.
