This Sunday (13th January) at 12am ET/PT, Adult Swim will premiere a brand new show – Tigtone. The show takes place in a satirical medieval fantasy universe, Tigtone – the show’s legendary quest-addicted titular character fights through this strange, absurd and melodramatic place, he always obeys the law by never its spirit, he also has an appropriately named eager sidekick – Helpy at his side.
The brand new show is created by Andrew Koehler and Benjamin Martian, with Blake Anderson, the co-creator of Comedy Central’s Workaholics serving as an executive producer. Tigtone is animated by Titmouse, the same studio behind Adult Swim’s The Venture Bros and Ballmastrz: 9009 and is produced by Babyhemyth Productions. Tigtone features several references from fantasy RPGs (role playing games), video games, and films. Tigtone is voiced by musician Nils Frykdahl, his sidekick – Helpy voiced by Debi Derryberry (voice of Jimmy Neutron in Nickelodeon’s The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius). The show’s regular cast also features Bill Corbett (Mystery Science Theater), Lucy Davis (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), John DiMaggio (Jake from Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time), Cree Summer (Atlantis: The Lost Empire), and Gary Anthony Williams (The Lion Guard) plus many more.
Special guests in the show’s first season include include Alan Oppenheimer (Passions), Gregg Turkington (On Cinema), John Waters (Feud), Fred Willard (Anchorman) and many more.

From The Adult Swim USA Press Release: Tigtone Slays His Way to Adult Swim on January 13th
The quest begins Sunday, January 13th at Midnight ET/PT on Adult Swim. See the all-new trailer:
The New Year brings epic adventures for Adult Swim’s new animated series, Tigtone, premiering Sunday, January 13th at Midnight ET/PT. This quarter-hour series is created by Andrew Koehler and Benjamin Martian, who also serve as executive producers with Blake Anderson (Workaholics).
Tigtone is the saga of a quest-addicted hero (Tigtone) who slashes his way through a satirical fantasy universe with melodramatic ferocity and a complete disregard for the collateral damage he inflicts along the way. The series both celebrates and subverts tropes of the fantasy genre, role playing games, video games, and films.
Combining highly rendered, hand-painted fantasy art, motion capture performance, 2D animation, and pseudo-3D visual effects, the wizards at Titmouse have ventured into uncharted territory to pioneer this radical new style, creating a Tigtone universe that is beautifully unsettling.
A colorful cast of characters include Tigtone’s eager sidekick, Helpy, voiced by Debi Derryberry (Jimmy Neutron) and newcomer, Nils Frykdahl, who voices Tigtone. Among the regular cast are Bill Corbett (Mystery Science Theater), Lucy Davis (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), John DiMaggio (Adventure Time), Cree Summer (Atlantis: The Lost Empire), and Gary Anthony Williams (The Lion Guard) to name a few.
Special guest stars this season include Alan Oppenheimer (Passions), Gregg Turkington (On Cinema), John Waters (Feud), Fred Willard (Anchorman), and more.
Ugly is in the eye of the beholder. Tigtone begins Sunday at midnight, but you can watch the two premiere episodes right now on the Adult Swim app or https://t.co/9ZFDNnVTde. pic.twitter.com/qGF1BX3p14
