First Ever Cartoon Network Hotel To Open In Pennsylvania In Summer 2019
Today (30th October), Cartoon Network USA has announced that they will be opening their first ever themed hotel next summer in partnership with Palace Entertainment. The new hotel will be located within walking distance from Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (on Route 30), also owned by Palace Entertainment.
The new 165 room hotel will join Cartoon Network’s international portfolio of attractions and family experiences, including the Cartoon Network Wave cruise ship and the Cartoon Network Zone at IMG Worlds of Adventure in Dubai. Hotel guests will be immersed in the world of animation with characters from popular Cartoon Network shows including Adventure Time, We Bare Bears and The Powerpuff Girls. The entire hotel will make use of creative technology and character animation which will offer fun ways to entertain guests from the moment they arrive.
The nine-acre hotel will feature an interactive lobby with surprises, a swimming pool and water play area, an outdoor amphitheater with an oversized movie screen featuring worldwide new episode premieres, Summer Camp Island themed lawn games and fire pits and much more. Each guest room and suite will feature show theming that can be customised around children’s choices to make each visit a new adventure. In the hotel, there’s also an all-year-round swimming pool, game room, coffee lounge, wine bar, kids play area and a Cartoon Network store.
Palace Entertainment currently owns and operates more than 20 amusement parks, water parks, and family entertainment centres across the United States and Australia. The Cartoon Network Hotel is Palace Entertainments first time partnering with an international brand on a lodging property.

October 30, 2018 – Some of the world’s most well-loved cartoon characters will be coming to life through a partnership announced today by Cartoon Network and Palace Entertainment. The Cartoon Network Hotel will be the premier family lodging experience in Central Pennsylvania.
Joining a global portfolio of great Cartoon Network family experiences, the Network’s first hotel will feature 165 rooms and immerse guests in the animation and antics of characters from shows like Adventure Time, We Bare Bears, and The Powerpuff Girls. Through a combination of character animation and creative technology, the entire property will offer fun and unexpected ways to experience the animated worlds of Cartoon Network from the moment of arrival.

The experience continues inside, where each guest room and suite will feature interchangeable show theming that can be customized around children’s preferences to make each visit a new adventure. An indoor pool, game room, kids play area, and Cartoon Network store will keep the fun going regardless of the season.
The Cartoon Network Hotel is centrally located along the Route 30 commercial stretch in the heart of Lancaster County and is just steps from the castle doors of Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park.
