What is this website?
The purpose of this website is to post news relating to Cartoon Network from all over the world. I created this website because there isn’t a decent website targeting audiences of Cartoon Network’s and Boomerang’s international feeds.
Are you affiliated with Warner Bros. Global Kids & Young Adults or/and WarnerMedia?
No, I don’t work for Warner Bros. Global Kids & Young Adults or its owner WarnerMedia or its parent company AT&T, this website is just a fansite for those who love Cartoon Network. I’ve been watching the channel since it arrived in the United Kingdom in 1993 as a single pan-European channel.
Why do you cover the UK a lot?
It’s because I live in the UK and it’s a lot easier to find and access information, I also record Cartoon Network UK promos and upload them to my YouTube account. I try to find news from over the world by finding newly created pages about Cartoon Network or finding info on Twitter and Facebook. I also check out press releases from Warner Bros. Global Kids & Young Adults, look at C21Media, Worldscreen and other media websites and use these as sources.
Why do you have links to Nickelodeon and Disney Channel blogs?
It’s because the people who run those websites are really friendly and helpful, Nick and Disney are Cartoon Network’s main rivals but that doesn’t mean we should be enemies. Competition is one of the reasons why Cartoon Network is so good in the first place.
Do You Really Live In The Same Town As “Elmore Mall” As Seen In The Amazing World Of Gumball?
Yep, it’s completely true, Merry Hill Shopping Centre (located in Brierley Hill near Birmingham, UK) was used as the basis for Elmore Mall in The Amazing World of Gumball, check out my Twitter account for pictures and also see the end credits of episodes from Season 3 and afterwards. The mall is listed as “Westfield Merry Hill” in the credits, the mall was recently sold to another company – intu Properties and is now referred to as “intu Merry Hill”.
The Amazing World of Gumball production team made some photo editing changes (see my photo comparisons on Twitter), but on the most part, the interior and exterior of the shopping mall are the same in real life. I also used to work at the mall, working as a part-time shop assistant on the weekends while I was studying at university.

I’ve noticed an error on your blog posts, why is the information wrong?
We are all human and we all make mistakes, I’m here to inform and it’s never in my intention to misinform people. If you spot something wrong, just leave me a comment on the article that has an issue and I’ll sort it out. I can’t be held responsible for any misinformation, as mentioned this is an unofficial website devoted to Cartoon Network and its sister channels. This blog is written using British English spelling, with exception to names of companies, products, services or events and also cited quotations. Who Owns This Blog?
I do, let me introduce myself, my name is Luke Bevan and I own and operate the blog. Personally, I don’t class myself as a reporter (I’m here to state the facts) and I’m not employed and paid by any professional news publishing company or funded by multi-billion dollar venture capitalists. I run this blog as a hobby and in my own time. I actually work as a web developer for my day job, I do blogging for a bit of fun. As I own the blog, I have complete control of every aspect of it. I spend a lot of free time running the blog and social media accounts, so if you could retweet, like and share my posts I will appreciate it.
