Care Bears: Unlock The Magic Coming Soon To The Boomerang Streaming Service In The United States
The Boomerang streaming service in the United States (co-owned by Turner and Warner Bros.) has signed a deal with Cloudco Entertainment (formerly known as American Greetings Entertainment) for a brand new Care Bears 2D animated series called “Care Bears: Unlock the Magic”. In the new show, the Care Bears go exploring around the never-before-seen areas surrounding Care-a-lot called “The Silver Lining”.
The new Care Bears series is currently being produced at Cloudco Entertainment and the first batch of episodes will includes 48 11-minute regular episodes, two 22 minute specials and also 20 short episodes that are 20 seconds in length.
Cloudco Entertainment president Sean Gorman (not to be confused with Cartoon Network UK’s channel director of the same name) made this statement in regards of the new Care Bears series:
“We swung for the fences to give the bears the best and most compelling storytelling, animation and broadcaster home, I am super-proud of the result and thank our own internal team as well as our production partners for their immeasurable hard work and support.”
Boomerang’s social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) will be announcing the new series this month, also as part of a national promotion to help support the series, the Boomerang USA television channel will be airing episodes of Care Bears: Unlock The Magic after the show’s premiere on the streaming service.
